The staff greeted me warmly, particularly Josie and Sateesh, whose excellent service made me feel welcome. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from. However, there were a few bumps during my stay. The washing machine in my room wasn’t working initially, which caused some inconvenience. I had to reach out to the staff about it, but they quickly rectified the issue. Additionally, the microwave was also out of order, which forced me to contact room service again. The hotel is a bit isolated from major attractions, making it necessary to rely on taxis or transport services. That could be a downside for some. Overall, the experience was balanced with more positives than negatives, but a few minor issues needed attention to keep everything running smoothly.

Our family enjoyed a delightful four-night stay. Receptionist Aseef made us feel welcome right away! Having easy access to the nearby beach was a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, perfect for energizing our busy days. Don’t miss the local eateries nearby.

Had a great time with friends! The location is awesome, close to Al Mamzar Beach Park and Century Mall. The spacious room made our stay comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning. I recommend checking out the nearby International Bowling Center for some fun.

However, the fridge made a lot of noise, which was a bit annoying at night. Also, I noticed the staff could be more attentive during breakfast rushes.
